Charges for deliveries are charged at Flat Shipping Rates - See Shipping Rates Below.
Delivery of goods will generally take 3 business days for Melbourne metro areas. For areas outside of Melbourne metro, please allow 3 - 7 working days. Every person who places an order is contacted by email usually within 24 hours, advising of either a delivery day or a dispatch date if order is to be shipped outside of Melbourne metro.

Changing Delivery Addresses, Missed Deliveries & Re-deliveries
If you discover an error with your shipping address or need to alter the delivery destination due to delays etc please contact Robbo’s Pet Barn via telephone and advise us of the correct delivery details. If no one is present to accept your order at the time of delivery the courier will normally leave a calling card requesting you contact them to arrange a re-delivery or to arrange pickup at the nearest depot. All deliveries are marked signature required, should you specifically request no signature required on your delivery, we are unable to track that delivery and Robbo's Pet Barn cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered. If a consignment is returned to us undeliverable (RTS - return to sender) and requires re-delivery OR in cases where the courier may require further payment for an attempted delivery or re-delivery, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount. Robbo’s Pet Barn cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, furthermore the original freight charge will not be refunded.

International Orders - At this point in time Robbo's Pet Barn does not ship to areas outside of Australia.
Credits and Return of Products
Unless otherwise agreed by Robbo’s Pet Barn in its absolute discretion, all Products are sold on the basis of “no return for credit” unless: The Products are received in a damaged state; or the Products are supplied in the incorrect quantity; incorrect Products are supplied to You; or the Products are faulty.
Claims for credit must be made within three (3) days of receipt or collection of the Products by you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of the delivery slip from which the Products were supplied must be presented, failing which any such claims are deemed to be waived. In the event that Robbo’s Pet Barn agrees to the return of the Products for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the Products. Products that have passed their expiry date will only be accepted for credit where the manufacturer of that particular product gives credit for expired stock. All Products that carry a warranty or guarantee of the manufacturer shall be credited or exchanged only when so agreed by the manufacturer.
We do not refund, repair or exchange items which either you or your pet have damaged through incorrect installation, misuse, unintended use of the product, or have intentionally or maliciously damaged.
We are not responsible for transport damage in anyway. Such damages are to be taken up with Australia Post or the courier company who has delivered the goods to you. For that reason we recommend that you check the items for damage at the point of receiving. Having said that freight damages rarely occur.
Notice of defective goods must be received within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
Please return your defective item in its original and undamaged packaging, along with a copy of your original receipt and the packaging slip which came with your order. Additional items such as accessories, manuals, videos, or documentation that accompanied your purchase must be returned. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny the claim if all items associated with the product are not returned with it.
Notice of defective goods must be received within three (3) days of receipt of your order via email to email@example.com and must include your name, full contact details and full description of the item purchased (including order number) and the issue.
All costs for returning the goods will be at the customer’s expense. The cost to resend any replacement product applicable will be at the manufacturer's cost or Robbo’s Pet Barn.
Returns for a change of mind or similar, may be considered however the cost to return the original item and have a replacement sent will be at the customer's expense and will be subject to the availability of the replacement item required. A re-stocking fee of $15 applies.
For items purchased on sale, unless the item is defective in accordance with statutory rights, we regret that we cannot accept returns of those items.
Orders cancelled prior to payment being made, will not be subject to any costs.
Orders cancelled after payment is made, within two (2) working days of the order being placed, will receive a refund less 5% in administration costs.
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all associated postage costs of return, a restocking fee of $15 and must be returned with original and undamaged packaging, along with a copy of your original receipt and the packaging slip which came with your order. Additional items such as accessories, manuals, videos, or documentation that accompanied your purchase must be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any balance refund if all items associated with the product are not returned with it, or if the item returned is deemed unsaleable (e.g. special order/unique item, etc.).
